원인 : Secret file인 .baro_auth 파일의 내용 중 RATE_LIMIT 옵션에 Update된 timestamps가 잘못된 경우 발생.
조치 : Secret file인 .baro_auth 파일의 RATE_LIMIT 옵션에 Update된 timestamps를 확인.
