원인 : Azure DevOps 내에서 빌드 파이프라인 BuildConfiguration 설정이 "release" 대신 "debug"로 설정되었기 때문
조치 : (EA. Pipelines -> Edit Blazor Web Project Pipeline -> Variables -> Build Configuration -> Release)
