원인 : BBL, TMD_ORACLE7, WSL, WSH이 Memory에 올라 오지 않아서 문제가 발생됨.
 

조치 : tpadmin이 BBL, TMS_ORACLE7, WSL, WSH를 먼저 올려 주어야 한다.
