현상 : [SQNT1]/aros2/tuxedo/env3> tmboot -y

원인 : DBBL가 존재하는 Master node인 SITE1에서 SITE2의 BRIDGE를 허용할 수 없는 경우에 발생
조치 : 현재 SITE2에 떠 있는 tlistener가 있으면 재기동한다.
