원인 : Tuxedo 구성파일(ubbconfig)의 MACHINE 절의 MAXWSCLIENTS Parameter가 설정되어 있지 않은 경우에 발생.

조치 : Tuxedo 구성파일(ubbconfig)의 MACHINE 절의 MAXWSCLIENTS Parameter를 설정한다.
