원인 : Active 서버인 ccps10의 장애로 인하여 Acitive 서버의 자원(Resources)가 Standby 서버로
       Take-over하기 전에 Standby 서버에 Tuxedo 계정으로 로그인하게 되면 Acitive 서버의
       자원(Resources)가 Standby 서버로 Take-over하더라고 Tuxedo 계정으로 로그인할 때의
       환경을 가지고 있기 때문에 Tuxedo 구성 파일에 설정된 환경과 현재 시스템에 Tuxedo
       계정으로 로그인한 환경이 다르기 때문에 발생.
 

조치 : Active 서버인 ccrps10의 자원(Resources)이 Standby 서버인 ccrps20 으로 Take-over한
       후에 반드시 Tuxedo 계정으로 로그인한 후 Tuxedo를 기동하면 된다.
